Donations

St Julien Hotel & Spa Donation Requests

Thank you for sending us your donation request as we appreciate the opportunity for St Julien to partner in your fundraising efforts. Our criteria and policies for all donation requests are:

  • All requests must be made no later than 30 days prior to the event date or procurement deadline.
  • Must be a non-profit, and have local initiatives impacting the greater Front Range community with appropriate demographic, reach/circulation and points of reciprocity.
  • We do not participate in cash sponsorships.
  • In your request be sure to include the following:
    • General event information: name, location, date & time
    • Purpose of event
    • Event participants/sponsors/donors to date
    • Profit status
    • Key event contact information
    • Non-profit tax identification number
  • List points of reciprocity, examples include:
    • Signage, including banner & logo placement on all printed materials
    • Public service announcement at event
    • Option for inclusion in gift bag or other participant giveaways
    • Website link placement
    • Placement in marketing collateral for event

If your request meets the above criteria and a decision is made to make a donation, we will reach out to you via the contact information provided in the request. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Please be aware that we receive many requests and unfortunately are not able to fulfill them all. If you do not hear from us, we thank you for your correspondence requesting a donation from St Julien Hotel & Spa and look forward to partnering with you in the future!
