Is the Hotel pet friendly?

Special accommodation may be made for accredited service dogs, but pets are not allowed.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is available through room service or Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro. The only price in which breakfast is included ($40 credit) is the Bed and Breakfast package. No other rates or affiliations have a breakfast inclusion.

How far in advance may I reserve accommodations?

Generally 365 days in advance with exception of University of Colorado events including graduation and family weekends. Special date requirements and sales are communicated via our “Stay Connected” e-mail database.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The property has limited numbers of connecting rooms. Please contact our on site reservations staff at 720-406-9696 for configuration options.

Do you have any two bedroom suites?

All suites consist of only one bedroom.

Is there parking available for an oversized vehicle or trailer?

The parking facilities have a maximum height of 7 feet. Metered street parking is subject to public availability and is operated by the city of Boulder.

What is the minimum age?

Due to city and state licensing, the minimum age to stay is 21 without a parent or guardian.

May I have a rollaway in a room with two queen beds?

Due to life safety regulations, an additional bed may not be added to a room that already has two beds.

Are there residences or extended stay accommodations?

The property does not have any accommodations suited for extended lengths of stay. Mini refrigerators and / or microwaves are available for a fee, but none of the rooms or suites have cooking utensils or facilities. Dry cleaning laundry service is available for a fee.
