Tim Gumm

Director of Catering and Conference Operations

Tim joined St Julien Hotel & Spa in April of 2012. Tim graduated from Colorado State University, and has since gained nearly 15 years of experience in the hotel and meeting industry, starting his career in the Florida Keys at Hawks Cay Resort and then moving onto The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park before joining the St Julien Team.  Tim and his team look forward to working with all of our corporate and social clients from the planning process through the conclusion of their events

Kirbi Olson

Executive Meeting Manager

Kirbi joined the St Julien Hotel & Spa team in Fall of 2013 while obtaining a degree from University of Colorado Boulder. After working in the Front Office for three years, she moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she continued to gain experience in the hotel and event planning industry. Kirbi rejoined the St Julien team in February 2019 as the Executive Meeting Manger and enjoys working with her clients from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of their event.

Nicole Coffield

Social catering manager

Nicole originally is from Australia and joined the St Julien team early in 2019. Nicole has degree in communications that majored in Public relations however spent her first few years after university working as a social catering manager at a hotel in Australia. Nicole has spent the last 10 years working world wide as an interior manager & purser on private yachts.  Nicole took this expertise to transition back into the social catering manager at the St Julien hotel & Spa. Nicole is passionate about her work and enjoys working one on one with her clients from initial inquiry to their event.

Tiffany Forste

Corporate Catering Manager

Tiffany, a native of Colorado, joined St Julien Hotel & Spa’s Sales and Catering team in February of 2008.  Tiffany has gained years of experience with a degree in Entertainment and Event Management from Johnson and Wales University and special event experience obtained while working with Westin Hotels & Resorts and the American Red Cross. After four years of planning social functions with St Julien, Tiffany transitioned into the role of Corporate Catering Manager so as to broaden her meeting planning skills.
