Hours of Operation

Treatments: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Daily


The pool, hot tub, fitness center, steam room, sauna and all public areas are available for spa patrons. Hotel guests may access the pool, hot tub and fitness center, but spa amenities are reserved for spa patrons at this time.

Reservations, Arrival and Cancellation


We strongly recommend that you schedule Spa services at least two weeks in advance to secure the time that is most convenient for you. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please advise when making your appointment. Same-day appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. We apologize but we are unable to accept walk-in reservations at this time. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.  You must notify us if you are making a reservation for someone under the age of 18.  Some restrictions apply to individuals under the age of 18.


Please be punctual for your scheduled appointment. At this time our waiting rooms have been closed, to promote health and safety. Upon check-in we will ask you to fill out our Health Screening form and take your temperature with a touchless thermometer. If you are running a fever or experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 we will need to reschedule you for a time when you are well. You will not be charged for today's service.

Late Arrivals

Sometimes circumstances prevent a guest from arriving on time. Please keep in mind that arriving late may require the Spa to shorten the length of the treatment so as not to inconvenience other guests (full charges will apply).

Cancellation Policy

Your Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the Spa’s scheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.


Here you will find an overview of efforts we've put in place to welcome you back to our Spa safely and comfortably as we navigate through the COVID-19 reopening process.

All guests and staff are required to wear a face mask at all times, and will be required to submit to a temperature check and health screening questionnaire upon arrival to the Spa. Staff will wear additional protective gear in the form of face shields and gloves.

All service stations will be disinfected before and after each appointment, with products that specifically disinfect against COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Your service provider will give you verbal confirmation that their hands have been washed immediately prior to the start of your service, and we will ask that you wash your hands immediately prior as well.

We have removed many shared surfaces (magazines, pillows, blankets, Spa menus, etc.) and we ask that you do not touch the Nail displays or retail products without wearing gloves.

Communal snacks and drinks are no longer offered and we cannot provide ordered food or beverage during your service. This is due to the requirement of keeping your mask on and health order requirements to not allow food or beverage consumption on-premises. If you wish you may purchase a "to go" beverage, but it may not be consumed in the Spa.

We now have a Touchless Payment system. We will verbally ask if you would like to leave something/gratuity for your service provider. There will be no cash payment transactions on-site. All payments will be collected via credit, debit, or gift cards. We encourage the use of mobile wallets, like ApplePay or Google Pay.

Spa Comfort

This is your Spa experience, and we encourage you to communicate with your therapist regarding room temperature, pressure and technique to ensure your overall comfort. We also invite you to discuss any of your preferences or special needs with our spa staff. This will help us select the therapist who will best meet your needs and make your spa experience exceptional.

Cell Phones

For your relaxation and the relaxation of other guests, we kindly ask that you conclude all calls and turn your phone to silent prior to entering the Spa, Salon, locker rooms and fitness area. Cell phones are not allowed in the lounge.

Medical Conditions

For the safety of you, our other guests, and our technicians, we are unable to schedule appointments if you have any communicable conditions (including colds, flu, toenail fungus, warts, open injuries, ect.). Additionally, if you have a history of high or low blood pressure problems, heart conditions, or if you are pregnant, please consult your physician prior to the use of steam, sauna, or whirlpool.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for all treatments, packages and retail items. You may also custom design your Spa package to suit a special occasion. May be redeemed for all hotel services and may be purchased by contacting the Spa or hotel front desk directly (720-406-9696). Available in any dollar amount.

Gift Shop

The Gift Shop, located within the Spa at St Julien, is open during Spa hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and offers a variety of sundries, spa products, jewelry, swimsuits, and seasonal gift selections.
