Our on-site garden provides fresh produce and herbs for Jill`s Restaurant & Bistro and T-Zero Lounge, while our resident bees produce honey used throughout the property. The beeswax is even used to create locally made lip balms available in our gift shop.
It`s one small example of how sustainability and luxury can work hand in hand—supporting local ecosystems while enhancing the guest experience.
